We are excited to offer pre-order (aka skip-the-line) for our Friday night bakes at Level 2 in SW. With growing demand, we strongly encourage pre-ordering pies as they sell out very quickly due to demand for events on-site. Ordering opens up every Wednesday @ 4PM PST for our Neapolitan-ish events. Join me March thru May at Level Two Brewing in SW (Portland, Oregon)! We are so excited to be partnering with Level 2, two days a week! We will be offering our Neapolitan-ish pizzas as well as a limited number of 7-Day Sicilians! Pre-order is available for Fridays ONLY. Find us on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 til we sell out. Limit of 2 pizzas per person.

PIZZA ORDERING FAQs
How many pies can I order?
Due to the high demand for pizza and that each pie takes 4 days to make, we currently limit each party to 2 pies per order for round pies; sicilian is limited to 1 per order. Want to exceed 2 pies? Make friends and logon together with fingers crossed.
How can I order more than 2 pies?
I do offer catering on and off-site for private events. Please head over to that page for more details!
What if I have to cancel my pickup?
Sorry! We do not allow cancellations or refunds but we do allow for you to transfer your order to a friend or to donate the pizza to a New Yorker in need!
What if my pie isn’t round?
Freckles come in all sizes and shapes, so does pizza! While we are a duo of professional pizza makers, sometimes things aren’t perfectly round. Consider it a lucky pie and make a wish. Imperfectly round will taste more than perfect!
How do I confirm and pay for my order?
You will receive 2 follow-up emails to confirm your order and pay via Venmo. You must select your pies and pay within 24HRS or your slot will go back on the market. Sorry, you wouldn’t hold out on Justin Bieber tickets like that!
What is this whole “paying a pie forward”?
Inspired by the do-gooder my mother was, I bake free pizza for any New Yorker who has lost their job, is a first responder, is a teacher, comes from a low income family, or for any person feeling down on their luck. We welcome donations via Venmo to pay for the free pizza we give out.
How many free pies can someone get?
In order to provide enough free pizza for those listed above, we give out 1 free pizza per order. Upon your email confirmation, please reply back letting me know you’d like a freebie for being a New Yorker in need.
